The quality management of DB Schenker land transport is oriented towards three goals to optimally satisfy customers in Europe:

  • the goods are delivered at the agreed time
  • the goods are delivered in the correct quantity and in good condition
  • the invoice contains the correct rates and services and is sent at the correct time
